If you're in the market for relatively thin strips of citrus for cocktail garnishes, this is your tool. It's so much easier to user than a knife.
That being said, if you're a wide-twist fan or want discs or something similar, this likely won't be for you.
I do think it cuts just a touch too deeply, but that's going to vary from lemon to lemon, from one citrus fruit to another.
All in all, it's a good tool to have in your bar bag.

It's a good tool to garnish your citrus fruit. Wish it provided options to garnish various sizes/width. Maybe I have to get better at it? I also tried various fruits and it's really good on citrus but difficult on softer fruits.
