This guy is a pretty solid channel cutter with a good & comfortable grip. Cuts well, standard retail packaging. I'm sure it'll be on my bar for a while, though it does seem a bit expensive at $12.

It's a good tool to garnish your citrus fruit. Wish it provided options to garnish various sizes/width. Maybe I have to get better at it? I also tried various fruits and it's really good on citrus but difficult on softer fruits.

This is a very handy bar tool. Within a few minutes of getting it, we were peeling/rinding away merrily. After watching a youtube video, we had a great time skinning rind from limes and oranges. The tool works best if the rind is hard and tough. On softer rinds such as on riper limes, the blade is not sharp enough to peel back the rind easily and the rinds clogs the bade. Just use "suitable fruit" and this tool will work like a champ. It looks good on the bar counter too, and is easy to grip and maneuver. It is great for cooking too, to extract zest from lime rinds. One month in, and it's still going strong even after regular use. One of the few impulse items that we have not regretted getting.
