For what I paid, I feel I got a great value. I have a Green Cheek and a Sun Conure. They both enjoy climbing around and chewing the whole thing lol very sturdy and durable, I must say. You can't add other toys to this, sadly

I didn't like the instability of the whole piece after it's constructed. It's a weight distribution problem. I used a 3 lb weight on the bottom tray to keep the stand from swaying. Overall, good buy though!

This makes life with clingy birds so much easier. It's portable enough that they can be nearby with a snack and toys without being velcroed to my shoulder. I personally put mine on a roller cart and bring it into every room that I go in while I have them out. The stand is sturdy and easy to put together, and comfortably fits my two conures.

Follow the PDF. I found it way too late! Once I found that it was a breeze. I had no issues putting this together and I am screwdriver challenged.

My birds love it. I have two issues with it. Both are not the fault of the product really but it has to do with the birds I have.

This is perfect size of a tiel or consure.

I have one tiel and two budgies and the perches are a big large for a budgie. They can grip it but I know it's a bit too large for them.

I'm considering cutting half of it off and attaching smaller dowel rods on one side. Giving the budgues a choice.

I also don't know if I can keep the rings on. I have a very small male who gets caught in toys a lot. Those rings leave a gap that makes me anxious.

I did end up wrapping the dowels in vet tape too.

Again I can't blame the product. Just a heads up for those of you who have budgies!

It def does look easy to modify! If I end up doing it I will report back.

A Jenday Conure may be a bit bigger parrot than this is designed for, and we actually bought it for a parakeet, but it is great. Now, he has shredded the little balls on top and the wooden ladder, and quite a few beads are missing from the beaded ladder, but that's what parrots do. A parakeet would get more mileage out of it, but with parakeets it's not quite so urgent to keep them busy on their own toys--a bit of a sacrifice continuing to buy the Conure more toys is worth it so that he doesn't chew up the people stuff. The frame of it doesn't get chewed enough to matter and we can add back other toys as needed. We are very happy with this 'play station,' the price and design both seem better than most of the ones I saw. My 12-year-old had no problem putting it together by herself. We did have to put a ceramic water bowl on the metal tray because the parrot was going to pull the tray out and chew up the frame there, but with the water bowl he can't lift it. Amazingly, he can stick his head down in the little treat cups and get kibble out just fine. If those cups were a little shallower, this play set would be even better.
