I picked this up based on the reviews...even though there were only a few. It was the right price and let's face it, it's burners and a grill top. It's not rocket science. This is essentially a knockoff of a Camp Chef grill. It's Super easy to assemble. I got the upgraded version with the cart. It took me maybe 30-mins to put it all together. The grill itself is well made, although definitely a cheaper grade of metal on the stainless parts. Construction-wise, it's not in the league of a Blackstone, but it's not trying to be. The griddle top itself is super nice and has a coating on it that while not non-stick, definitely helps in food not sticking to it while cooking. The heat distribution is perfect and the cooking surface heats up fast. Condition it correctly, keep it clean and condition it after each use (5-minutes) and this is going to last a long time. Everything I've cooked on it has come out amazing so far. I'm one month in with it and cook a few times a week. It will make you not want to use your stove top frying pans anymore. LOL. It was added to my cook deck along with my Z-Grills Smoker and my CharBroil BBQ Grill. Its a great cost-effective flattop that gets the job done very well. Def recommend. Just wish the company was easier to find info on.
