I was really excited to receive this tool. I have hundreds of divot tools in my collection and this one is unique in that it's like a butterfly knife. Understand that a lot of divot tools are knife-like, fixed blade, switched blade, or OTF. This is the first single butterfly style that I have.

This has to be the funnest divot tool out there! The butterfly mechanism is actually really smooth. I am impressed! It is a divot tool as well as a bottle opener. It's a bit bulky which I try to avoid while playing, but it's totally worth it if I'm out there with my guys having a good time.

So it's a nice little Divot Tool to have in your bag. Don't know if I'll ever master the butterfly flip to open and close this with one hand but it's already drawn comments from a couple of foursomes I've been paired with.
As far as functionality. It works well on the greens. The tines are a little on the thicker side so it will probably shear a few more roots when lifting a divot. If I decide to use this on a regular basis, I may opt to file down the outer edges just a little.

Definitely a unique design for a divot tool that I haven't seen before. It seems well made and has a nice, sturdy feel to it. Not sure if I'll be able to do the fancy flip opening like in the product video but it's still cool. Nice little gadget to add to my golf bag.
