UPDATE: The manufacturer was very responsive and helped resolve this matter (any delay in this update was on my part due to travelling). They promptly sent the necessary replacement part which I was able to install and the unit works as advertised. I also want to add that the customization and fit was perfect, and really looks good. I am very happy with the product and service.

This is a customized order. Power Cord severed from unit when received. Am attempting to work with manufacture to correct. Will advise on how responsive manufacture is.
Mine was customized at 95" wide. When received I installed with the 5 mounting brackets. Unit was perfect size and all things considered the installation went smoothly. Unit snaps into place. When I went to plug in the power cord to the connector end attached to the unit, it came off in my hand ... it apparently had been severed. This was not part of the installation process, not sure how this happened unless it got cut on the edge of the unit(?). Hopefully there is an acceptable solution to this. A repair or replacement would be acceptable. In every other aspect the unit appears to be just what we wanted.
One star may be unfair until resolution is reached. Not dissatisfied with the unit itself. Service is what is questionable.

The blinds work well, easy instruction to link between the remote and the motors. Receive only 1 cable/charger for a total of 4 blinds order, but i didn't care at the time. 6 months later, it became annoying to plug/unplug to charge the motors every month.
Reach out to ZSHINE, communication was fast. After a few emails explanation, today I received a package of 4 cables/chargers. Email exchange and shipping = total of 6 working days ==> super fast. ZSHINE really stands behind their product. And for that, earned my 5-stars rating.

This may be helpful to others, so posting since I did not get an answer from the company: I've had the blind and working fine for over a year however the LED light started blinking repeatedly (one long followed by two short), so runs the battery down in a few days. The blind has been fully charged and works properly with the remote. I messaged the company to assist with problem solving. They asked for the order number, then a couple days later asked for a video. I sent both. It's been two weeks now without a further response. MY SOLUTION: I let the shade drain all the way (no LED light) which took several days. I then re-charged and it is working fine now.

These blinds have been a FANTASTIC game changer for me for our bedroom. Insomnia plagues me most nights. Full moon nights and city lights are enough to wake me up. Installing these and coupling them with a white noise machine has made an enormous difference for me. Now let's talk about how EASY they are to install. Less than 10 minutes on each (I ordered one to try and see if I like them or if they worked well, they did, I ordered a second one). The instructional videos are such a great asset. The ease of programming the remote for multiple blinds is impressive, and I'm not overly technical. I've since ordered the side slots to block a bit more light on one of the blinds. I installed one on the inside of the frame, and one on the outside. I found that the inside mount would benefit me best by using the side slots. I'd give these blinds 6 stars if I could!! HIGHLY recommend!

I need the motorized Shades for my house windows and these are perfectly fit and works also easy to install. good communication with Seller as well. I ordered 9 of them and one got bumped may be in the shipping and on that connected with Seller through chat and got response quickly and seller has shipped replacement as well.

I am happy with my shades.
