Works well holds some papers in it that my Husband wanted to keep in it

This is a nice looking folder! I do not believe it is real leather- not sure it would hold up to everyday use for a long period of time, but for keeping it on your desk or using it for projects, it would be nice. It has a clipboard on the right side, and card slots, a zipper portion and a pouch for phone or calculator on left side. the zipper inside as well as the overall zipper closing the folder do not seem very sturdy, so I don't plan to use the zippers often. So overall, nice looking but not functional for long term use.

It is such a great one to gift or use especially for professionals who are in career or business. It has a secured zipper that holds the portfolio together and the options of the many pockets is fantastic and provides versatility to organize a pad under the holder in the designate area on one side. The other side has room for different things... It also looks nice to carry around and feels very nice and it's lightweight.

I'm very pleased with us. It's a sleek professional slimline binder with plenty of pockets for organization.

The vinyl has a light texture to it but it's smooth not sticky, so nothing has any resistance when replacing items in or out of the pockets. I really appreciate this I've had such issues with other binders where the vinyl hinders you sliding anything in or out especially with something that might be plastic.

This is definitely for traveling light. The three ring binder is manually opened it doesn't have the push buttons, and it can only accommodate 1/4" to 1/2" if you plan on using all of it's pockets and a notepad in the back. Just expect you'll need to hold it down while zipping it closed.

The phone / calculator pocket is for modern-day gadgets, it's big. They even have a hole at the bottom of it so you could stick your finger in and push items up that might be lower than the depth of the pocket.

It's expanding pocket intended for a notebook, planner, or tablet opens up pretty wide allowing for easy access anything that might have slid to the bottom or judt ease of removing your items.
I keep my 7"x10" planner in this pocket and still have room to hang a highlighter and marker on the side.

This will actually stand on its own similar to a briefcase, so if you're in a meeting or interview you won't need a lot of space to set it down out of the way, and not have to lay it flat.

I haven't had it long enough to know it's a long-term durability but so far I am happy and believe you will be also. I'll report back if something changes.
