If only apply one of the two types the goggles will still fog up. It will have to be both. Worked once during a half an hour swim. Will need to reply quit often.

I work in a lab area a lot and use a pair of full coverage goggles with my glasses, and needless to say have had problems with fogging on the goggles while working. I got a bottle to try on a lark and this stuff works excellent! Easy application, and little to no fogging. I can even see where I missed a small area near the cokrner. 10/10. Just remember to rinse the lens off after letting them dry or you will irritate your eyes.
