It is a little early to put out Christmas decorations so we assembled one inside to check it out. It was really easy to assemble. The pieces that go together are connected. You just have to snap them in place. The frame is made of metal. The little snowflake pieces did make a mess in our house so we will definitely assemble outside for the Holidays. The stakes for the set were taped on to the inside of the box so they can be easily missed if you don't pay attention. The ribbon is twist tied onto the reindeer so if it does get roughed up over time, you can just take it off or replace it.
This is a really pretty set that will be adorable in the yard at Christmas time. I am looking forward to setting it up.

People like different types of decorations, and this is definitely designed for those that prefer a more classic look. My dad lives a couple of doors down from us, and all of his old holiday decor kind of got ruined over the years due to neglect and was finished up due to rough treatment during his move. He likes the more traditional look, and has always had outdoor stuff. I figured this trio of reindeer would fit the bill for him perfectly.
These come kind of like metal bubble-wrapped deer sausages. Each deer is wrapped up in its pieces in a bundle in the box. That to me was the worst part: getting the bundles apart, as the stiff wire frame bits jab through the plastic wrap and catch in others. After that, these just snap together.
The glittery bits do shed pretty bad at first, so that kind of sucks (either a mess inside or microplastics outside), but hopefully that subsides in time.
We showed one to my dad (obviously it's too early to put them up), and he really likes them. We have tucked these into his shed for the holidays. He likes the look, I like that these are going to be easy for me to put up, especially since I'll be the one putting them up!

These are beautiful and fairly easy to get together. It took about 40 minutes from start to finish to assemble them. There's no questioning to where the parts go because they are all connected by wires. The wires need to be paid close attention to. Make sure you untangle as you go along. Wires have been arranged for shipping.
Even though there are stakes included to attach to the ground for outside use, I plan on keeping them for the inside. I just think they're too beautiful, and would last longer inside.
