One of the mixing attachments was obviously used already (kinda dirty and was missing plastic wrapping.. gross but not enough for me to immediately send back. )I didn't know I was buying a used item.

I only used the mixer 1x for a quick project. so far so good.

Another helper in the kitchen, I really love this mixer, the quality is good, I will bake and make my family happy. Thanks to the manufacturers.

I've used the Lord Eagle hand mixer about 10 times to make chocolate chip cookies mostly and also whip eggs and cream for custard. Here's my review: It mixes well, as expected, but it feels less sturdy than my previous kitchen aid hand mixer, and the gears and entry sockets are plastic. The sliding button feels very flimsy to me, like, at first I thought it was going to break when I slid it on, but it didn't. Based on how it feels in my hand and when I turn it on, I fully expect the plastic slide button to break off somewhat soon and leave the metal shaft behind"”still usable"”but painful to push with your thumb. The traditional beaters are of the square-ish, flat, concave variety, like the kind my mom had when I grew up in the 80's. More beater accessories (3 kinds) than my old Kitchen Aid hand mixer of 20 years that finally broke. I kind of expect the Lord Eagle hand mixer to break after a few years of use. Hopefully I'll be surprised and it will last much longer than expected. I wanted to give it a try because of the 5 star user-reviews and low price (additionally, it was on sale when I purchased it, so an even lower price). It's priced fair. I would totally buy it for a guest kitchen or a college student. Maybe a young married couple. But for someone who is more experienced in baking, next time I'll buy a higher quality name-brand hand mixer. However, the reviews on the replacement for my old Kitchen Aid hand mixer report that the current version of it also has plastic sockets, so who knows? Maybe they're all plastic these days. I like my 20 year old Kitchen Aid hand mixer beaters better, they're wire shaped and easier to clean. These beaters are more square with a concave flatness to them, and thus more crevices for batter, and don't clean as effortlessly, and not as pleasant to "lick" clean, LOL. Wink. Yet, again, this seems mostly unimportant. And the price is really good. May exceed my expectations. I feel like the price is very fair for what you get. It will get me through awhile, satisfied my curiosity, and then I'll probably replace it with a higher quality brand eventually.

My hands are arthritic so the fact that it is light-weight, is a blessing. The fact that this hand mixer doesn't weigh much worried me that mixing dough would be problematic, but it works just fine. The storage basket for the tools AND the mixer is genius.

Our portable mixer needed replacing and this model ticked all the boxes for us. Our kitchen is compact and challenging for storage space. This mixer is perfect featuring attached storage for both the cord and beaters. My husband has quickly learned where everything goes for this mixer. We are retired, so our use is light, but is has proven very strong so far. A good little cookie dough mixer!
