It smells a little "grass-like", taste isn't bad, didn't taste grass-like to me, does it taste like regular tea, no, but if you are taking it for a number of health reasons, it's ok. I did use some sweetener, but I will be adding this to my daily health list of items I take. Package is great, item fresh.
