Initially I was annoyed that the dancing flame-like lights would go for one second and then abruptly stop and reset and then go again. It was jarring and not at all relaxing. I took out the six screws to lift off the top and found the problem was the spinning spindle that has reflectors that create the flame effect had too many of the reflectors in the same direction and they needed to be bent a bunch to have more variation. Now it's like a continuous steady fire and enjoyable.

I purchased this stove for my mom, because the temperature in LA is low in the morning and at night. My mom told me she it is hard for her to fall asleep at night, because of weather. In order to give mom a warn sleeping room, So I decided to order a electric stove On the Labor day and give to my mom as a gift.
 
I know due to the COVID 19, FedEx and UPS may not have enough employees to handle lots of packages, so I thought I would receive my order at least in two weeks after I ordering. However, It is delivered earlier than the expected arrival date... This is makes me surprise. I think that assembling this stove is pretty easy. The only thing you should do is Install the four thing used to support the stove to the bottom with screws. But I miss three screws when I install it, so I contacted their customer service and I received reply in 3 hours and they promise me send screws to me. This moved me very much, and this behavior is so sweet.
 
My mom told me she loves this cute stove when I put it in her room. This stove is very light. So she can move it by herself. She also told me she moved to the stove in the bathroom when she taking the shower. The stove is very efficient, It takes only a few minutes for the bathroom to get war.
 
The weather getting colder and I decided to buy another one for myself. The price is good and it is looks very nice, I am highly recommended you to purchase it for your bedroom. However, I will not suggest you buy this one if you are looking for some stove heater for your sitting room or put this stove heater outside. Because I do not want to disappoint you.

I contacted the customer service right away and told them that I already bought a heater at their store. My wife bought another heater because she didn't know I've already bought one. I quickly heard back from their customer service and that surprised me. I didn't expect them to reply so soon. They gave me two solutions in the email. Me and my wife finally decided to take one of the solutions after a discussion. I decided to keep the two heaters since the temperature is getting colder and colder at night. In order to help my parents to sleep well at night, we decided to give one heater to my parents. Also, another problem we faced is that we are about to move. Due to the COVID-19, my friends around me are complaining that everything they bought on Amazon took so long to arrive, and sometimes they even receive damaged packages. I searched help from the customer service and asked them if they can deliver the products before I move. I received their reply at noon on the following day. They told me that there is a warehouse near my house and they already arranged my package will be sent to my house from this warehouse. It made me feel very intimate.

Sure enough, I received these two packages before we moved, and they were well-packaged. There was no damage to the box. After I moved to the new house, I couldn't wait to open one of the boxes. When I took the heater out, my first feeling was that the heater is very light, not as heavy as I thought, and it is almost a complete heater. All I need to do is to put four feet on the bottom and I only need a screwdriver to help me set up. The set up was very easy, and it only took me about five minutes. Then I turned on the heater, I was amazed as soon as the heater was turned on. I thought this was going to be a very ordinary flame, but what I didn't expect was that this flame looks very vivid, just like a real flame. Moreover, all three sides of this stove are made of transparent glasses. You can see the realistic flame instead of being black like other stoves even if you were not standing in front of the stove. I think it is a really nice design. In addition to this, another design that really surprised me was that the switch is hidden. The switch is near the bottom of the stove. When you closed the two front glass doors, the doors will block the switch, and the switch will not affect the overall aesthetics of the stove. So I think it was a really detailed design. I decided to put this stove in our bedroom because I found the brightness of the flame is adjustable. So the heater won't be too bright and will not affect me and my wife's sleep. And if I want to go to the bathroom in midnight, I won't stumble over anything else on the ground because of the light of the heater.

Another very important reason is why I chose to put this stove in our bedroom instead of the living room. It is because the living room of our new home is very big, so putting this stove in the living room is not very effective. However, I can feel the heat very quickly, when I put this heater near my feet.

I strongly recommend purchasing this product. I think this stove heater is the best product in this price range. My parents also said that this heater is very good. Although it cannot heat up a large space, but its heating ability can be well reflected in a small room
