We had spotty cell service for years, dropped calls, one or two bars in the living room at best and decided to try this. The directions for lining it up to the cell tower were confusing, we found the easiest way to align it was to download the LTE Discovery app which has an ARROW showing exactly where the cell tower is. After lining it up with that it worked great. Now we have four or five bars in the living room, crystal clear phone calls. Very happy with it.
