Ordered this product for the 1st time in January. It wasn't hard to use and I managed by myself. I didn't find the product to be overly smelly as some had stated. It made my hair shiny and soft. It lasted for the 3 mos it said it would. My hair is really curly, frizzy and not so manageable. This product is the best thing I've ever used to make it straight, shiny and manageable. Would recommend this product if you are looking to straighten your hair. Way cheaper than a salon straightening.

I bought this product to use on my mom's hair. I have never done this before but I get yuko done on my hair twice a year. I followed the instructions and did what my hair guy does to my hair. Results were better than expected. Now my sister with hair down to her waist wants me to do hers. You know pros and cons :)

I've had Brazilian Blowouts and Kertian treatments done professionally in the past and honestly this was just as good and better than the few of the times it was done professionally. I have really big frizzy curly (not cute curls) that I killed the curls so it's even more of a big mess. I live in Florida so it's be extra hard stopping my hair from puffing up and looking like an old used sos pad. This did the trick for sure. Only down side is it stripped the red dye out of my hair. Honestly I didn't care really because my hair feels healthier and I realized I like my hair lighter and closer to my natural color. So it technically did 2 jobs in one😂I'll definitely be doing this again.

I've probably tried them all and they have dried, fried, and damaged my hair for years. I saw this after doing a search and finally gave in to try it. I didn't expect good results without damage, but to my surprise. It did not damaged my hair in any way. Didn't dry it out either. I even left it in longer than The instruction called for. This will me my go to relaxer from now on. Pro: Worked perfectly. Hair was left soft. Con: Make sure if you have blonde hair to get the blonde kit version. Otherwise you will get orange tints in your hair that will be hard to color over. I used strong purple shampoo twice than colored over the orange.
