You can use it with 3 AA batteries (not included) or charge with a usb charger (included). Pardon the high BP reading on the device- tested it and compared to other 2 devices I have, BP readings were close enough. Good accuracy. It comes with a pouch for storage. One affordable device. Highly recommend it.
