You know sense memories are the best, and when you try this salad dressing for the first time it will immediately take you back to fun family visits to the Hibachi restaurant. I have so many memories of taking the kids there over the decades. Even with the picky eaters I don't remember one person not liking this dressing. This set comes with 3 bottles. I suppose this could be a killer marinade as well. We made a beautiful tenderloin marinating it in black garlic sauce then sliced it medium rare and layered it on top of a fresh salad. This dressing was the Umami filled chef's kiss. This could make a fun and thoughtful gift for those you have shared Hibachi experiences with. You can use it as a conversation starter about which Hibachi chef had the best tricks up their sleeves. Volcano onion anyone?
