The media could not be loaded. Out of the package, this feels sturdy and very well made. The belt is the perfect thickness to suit a variety of my athletes that vary in height, as well as easily adjustable to various sizes. The straps attach to the loops on the bottom edge of the belt. I would've preferred to see mid belt loops instead to more evenly disperse the resistance on the belt but this isn't major.
The straps provide as much resistance as I apply and quickly and easily release to ease up as I deem necessary. The handles are comfortable for me as the belt is for my athletes. I've run through a variety of speed drills with a few of my athletes and so far we love it. I can definitely see this being a helpful tool in getting them to their goals.
