Sturdy! Love that I can change heights

I ordered this balance beam because in physical therapy for my back issues, I used one to help me regain balance and core muscles.
I have a pretty decent home gym and thought a balance beam would be good to add to continue my therapy exercises.
This balance beam works perfectly for my needs. I typically leave it at floor level. I do like that I can raise or lower it as I wish though. Changing the height is a little tricky, but not terrible.
I feel like this balance beam is pretty sturdy - though I am only using it on the floor.
Overall, I am very happy with this balance beam.

This is a great balance bar!!! It is very high quality with thick padding. The material is a very soft microfiber material making it comfortable to walk on while still firm enough to be a challenge. It's extremely sturdy and easy to change the height. Pictures above is the highest height and the lowest height but you can also fold the legs under and it is even lower! Perfect for beginners and can grow with experience.
