I purchased this patio set for a new outdoor area at my home. The shipping was fast and all boxes were delivered together. When I opened the larger couch box I noticed some damage in shipping, but due to a party I had to put the piece together because we needed the seating. I let the seller know of the damage and provided pictures of the issue with the piece. They promptly responded and are making the situation right.
Only issue with this set is the back supports are low. If you really kick back and lounge on this set you feel it.

The media could not be loaded. This is the five piece black and very light gray cushion set. The cushions are more of a griege, which is good because I really didn't want gray cushions but that's all that was offered with the black set. It took me two hours and 10 minutes to put together by myself. There was only one piece that had some scratches on it. The cushions are firm. Overall, it was a reasonable price and was packaged well.
