I got this unsure of what to expect but in need of new baking material. I was thoroughly impressed. Although I could not figure out how to open to the box without cutting it apart, you could tell that great care was taken in the packaging. Everything was packed nicely and protected so that it could survive the shipping process. Once I got the box open and all the contents out I was shocked at the quality of the set. It is thick and heavy. My only negative is the handles on the large baking sheet make storage a little challenging. It barely fits in the compartment under the store and did not fit in my preferred storage space (a shelving pantry I had bought). This means getting it out and putting it away for storage is a bit of a challenge. Beside that I loved the extra checkered silicone cooking sheet. That was a nice added touch. Over all I'm very happy with this set.

Pan sizes since they seem to be elusive (measurements according to Our Place but I did measure depth):
Oven pan = 20.9" / 5qt ~1.75" deep
Main bake = 13.65" / 3.5 qt ~2.75" deep
Side Bake = 11.5" / 2qt ~2.75" deep
Loaf Pan = 11.13" / 1.5qt ~2.75" deep
Oven Mat = 10.8" x 16.4"

**The Our Place measurements do include the handles, so the actual cooking area on the oven pan is closer to approximately 17.5".**

So far, I am very pleased with this stoneware set. I used the loaf pan to make an apple cake which turned out beautifully. I have used the oven pan to roast a chicken over potatoes AND on the stove top as a two burner griddle and have had zero issues with either use (no warping or sticking or anything out of the ordinary). The baking pans will get some occasional use for me - a lot of sides I make go in a dutch oven (like baked beans), but I may use them more for serving because they are so pretty.

Cleaning is as expected for this type of cookware. The stoneware is dishwasher safe, but they do recommend handwashing the oven pan to preserve the non-stick.

Heavyweight pans that are holding up for what I have thrown at them so far.

This ovenware set is gorgeous in person. I'm so happy that I chose the spice color - it is so pretty in person and looks great in my kitchen. It's a light peach/terracotta throwback color and is just stunning. The stoneware pieces are nice to have on hand, but I think the real value of the set is the sheet pan that it nests on top of. It can be used as a sheet pan or on your stovetop to make eggs and bacon at the same time! You can't put it in the dishwasher (not that it would fit) and must store it with a special included liner (that you can also use in place of parchment paper in the oven - I haven't tried this feature but assume it works just fine). I don't think I would purchase all of this as a set if I could do it again. I would just order the sheet pan alone because I see no value in the nesting feature (which I thought I would love). Here's why. I don't use ovenware very often. I don't make casseroles or bake bread or use them for holding side dishes on the table. What I do use at least 5 times a week is a sheet pan. So if I want to get to this sheet pan, I have to remove the ovenware that is sitting on top to get to it. I'd rather the ovenware nest into itself and sit somewhere else. I have a small kitchen and even for me, this is annoying. If you have a big kitchen there is no point to this nesting feature at all. Otherwise this is a beautiful set. It's especially good as a wedding gift or for someone who is starting out fresh.

This bakeware said is very nice. You can tell they are well-made ceramics. They're very thick. I like that the handles are wide enough to be able to be used with an oven mitt and not be worried about dropping it. They are quite heavy due to the thickness of the ceramics, I like that they come in different sizes as well as a sheet pan that is very helpful. Also has an oven mat which is very cool. I've never had one of those before to help protect my oven from spillover. I do wish that they came with lids though, because there's no way to securely cover these and use the leftovers in the pan or to take it somewhere without worry of it spilling I could use something else but I wish there were lids that came with us.

I have owned and loved the original Our Place Always Pan for several years and have some other pieces as well, so I was excited to try this new ovenware set. The stoneware pieces are beautiful with a perfect shiny glaze that releases whatever I've put into it. My first use was to bake a sourdough sandwich bread in the smallest pan, which measures 9"x5". The dough rose nicely, baked evenly and easily popped out of the pan. The three stoneware pieces are pretty enough to also use as serving pieces. I would have liked more information about these pieces with respect to their suitability for using in the microwave or freezer. There was no mention at all in the booklet that came with the set, nor can I find any information on the manufacturer's website. I don't want to assume that stoneware can go in the microwave because of variations in the glaze, so I won't use it that way. However, I would have liked to have read whether the pieces are or are not microwave and/or freezer safe, so I would know for sure.

The size of the oven pans, which comes with a non-stick oven mat, is almost as big in dimension as my half-sheet pan, but the higher sides make it more versatile. I like that it is coated in ceramic, which makes it non-stick but also non-toxic. However, I started to wonder what the point of the non-stick surface is when I read this in the About This Item section: "Preserve the nonstick coating and protect against scratches with the reusable Oven Mat." Some of the photos show food that was clearly baked and there is no mat, so I'll probably take my chances when I am hoping for a bit of browning of whatever I'm baking. You won't find this on that section either, but unfortunately, I can't use the pan on my stovetop, because I have an induction cooktop and this pan, although I don't see it mentioned anywhere, is apparently made of aluminum. The pan is created with a metal insert at the bottom of the pan, and I would have loved that to have been made of steel, just as my Always pan is, so those with induction cooktops could use it that way as well.

All the pieces in this set can be used in the oven at temperatures up to 450° F. I like that the entire set packs up neatly into the oven pan. I had hoped it would all fit in the bottom drawer of my range, but the drawer isn't high enough. I have a relatively new range, and I know the drawer in my old range was considerable larger and I think it would have fit in that one. Not to worry, because I do have a drawer that that is all fits into nicely.
