The Baking Powder Aluminum Free 1lbs. Double Acting, Baking Powder past my expectations for aluminum free. I've never backed with aluminum free baking soda before, but I was quite impressed with the taste and the rising of my bread. The 1lb bag should last me for a while, and thankfully, it doesn't expire till 8/17/2025. I highly recommend this aluminum free baking soda.

I made chocolate chocolate chip muffins with it and they were as delicious as they always are. Some strange things to note though, it has 98 calories and it also has more sodium than the powder with aluminum that I usually bake with, so I am guessing this discrepancy comes from whatever they use as an alternative to the aluminum. The resealable zip lock wasn't glued to one side of the bag, so I needed to put it in another container.
