I bought this because I was having abdominal surgery and returning to work earlier than recommended, with weight lifting restrictions. In my job, I transport job tickets and piles of paperwork between locations. Usually I use a mail tote that I carry. I've been using this tote on wheels for a month now, many times to full capacity. I walk fast (generally 5-6 miles an hour normal pace), and I cut sharp corners and dodge forklifts on the daily. I've run this tote into doors, dropped it in the parking lot, clipped the wheels on edges, and used my foot plus the handle to lift it up and down from my door. It's held up amazingly for the crap I put it through every day, and it fits great in my back seat. It's not rain proof, but it does shield from the worst of it. I'm glad that I got it.

Wow! I purchased this for a book convention to help carry books and it worked so well! It's really easy to pull, even with weight and on carpet!
