Overall, I like it but it may turn into one of those phone holders that eventually gets tossed away somewhere.
If you put the arm closest to you (as the driver), it definitely can get in the way of actually steering your vehicle. And for my vehicle, putting it where the arm is towards the front doesn't work well in my cup holders. If you put it so that the arm is farther away from you (toward the passenger side), then you might have to tilt the arm over the cup holder, which decreases the max size cup you can put in it.
It seems like you can't expand the bottom while it's in the car's cupholder. I had to adjust it while it was outside the car's cupholder and then squeeze it in. Even with that, though, it seems to stay put well enough.
Overall, It still works for me, but I'm wondering how long I'll use it.

You need a holder for your phone but don't want to stick one up on your dashboard or windshield. If you get one that goes into your cupholder, then you lose the use of the cupholder. Well this is the solution. You can have a flexible phone holder that can be adjusted into many different positions while still being able to place a drink in the cupholder. Win-win. It may take a little while to get it set up the way you like it once it's in it works well. I would recommend it.

Omg. This thing is a life saver! You would not believe how many phone holders I've had that were said to be stable and not move at all, but fall off all the time! This thing is a god send.
