According to what I've read this is a safer version of vitamin E to take although you still shouldn't go over 1000 mg. This is right at that level so I only take one a day. So far I haven't had any adverse reactions to it. Since I just started taking it it's too soon to report on any significant improvements it's supposed to provide. The places I've checked said it's manufactured in a GMP facility although I haven't heard of this company until now. I may write a follow up to say what the results were from taking this.

I am taking a good amount of vitamin e as part of my Linus Pauling Protocol for cholesterol and plaque. I like it that this product is organic and is a high dose so I only have to take 1 a day. At first I was not sure about the use of sunflower oil, but it isn't that much and it is organic. I don't have difficulty with the size of the capsule. Just take a big swig of water. It is difficult to find this quality at an affordable price and I am currently on my second bottle. I will need to wait until my next blood test to track whether it is effective for me, but in the meantime, I have received my orders in perfect condition in a timely way. No complaints.
