It gives me a lot of options in other countries and I will get my first chance to use it later this year. Be sure to check all devices you will need to charge while traveling to see if they can handle 110/220 volts and 60/50 Hertz as these will work with the adapter. If you are traveling to a country with 220 volt service, it will only give you one American plug on the other end of the device. I am pretty sure you don't want to ever plug in a surge protector designed for 110 volts into a 220 volt connection. If you need to power or charge a number of devices at the same time, I recommend a power converter tied to a power strip or surge protector or buy additional EPICKA Travel Adapters for the additional electronics. The adapters are small at 2"X2"X3" and come with a protective case.

We bought two of these for traveling to Netherlands, France and the UK. They worked perfectly in all 3 countries.
I didn't pay close attention to how much power provided, but easily handled an Apple Watch and iPhone 15 Pro.
Pros:
- Totally versatile. Worked in all 3 countries and the US. Will become my go to travel charger.
- Power indicator. Nice to have a little light that shows you if the outlet you are plugged into has power.
- Pass through outlet. Allows you to unplug something, put this in-line and plug the something back in for full use of the outlet and even a power strip if needed.
- Wide voltage range. Handled voltages from 110 to 230 seamlessly.
- Relatively compact. You can extend the prongs for each type of outlet without having to have a bag of different prongs. Prongs lock in place and can retract by pushing a button.
- Fuse. Apparently it's fused and comes with spares. I never blew a fuse on my travels.
Cons:
A bit bulky. The brick is a bit large and heavyish, so may sag on a loose plug. It never caused me issues, especially on European plugs that are a bit sturdier than American it seems.

Easy to use. I took it to London, Paris, Sweden, Spain. Worked great everywhere. I love how many charging ports are on it and that I was able to charge multiple things quickly on it. It comes with 2 backup fuses. My friend tried to use a steamer on it (we all knew it was too much power) and she blew the fuse. Super easy to change. I recommend to everyone I know who is traveling internationally.
