Almond Milk turned out to be quite different from what I expected. It had a taste closer to regular milk rather than the distinct almond flavor I anticipated. However, this turned out to be a pleasant surprise when I used it in my coffee, as it added a creaminess that tasted just like regular milk. One thing to note is that the packaging doesn't specify whether it should be heated or not. I microwaved it to pair with a hot beverage, and it turned out fine, although it seems it might be recommended to enjoy it cold, which I found to be even tastier.

Taste is very bland but it's exactly what I wanted. No funny stuff and drinkable. Great with cereal and in shakes.

On its own, this stuff is kinda bland, but that's not necessarily a fault -- there's no extra nonsense here and its just almonds, a little salt, and water, so don't expect a bunch of sweetness or other flavors here. For cereals with any sugar, I think this is actually a huge plus, as it doesn't add and sugar and prevents it from being cloyingly sweet.

It's also a huge plus so any sort of cooking. I once made the mistake of using plant milk with even only a small amount of added sugars when I was making vegan Mac and cheese and it totally ruined it. No problems here though, and the neutral flavor allowed the vegan cheese flavor to shine. Also good in any recipes for baking where you don't want to make it sweeter than the recipe calls for or have to do math reducing the other sugar, and great for stuff where you want milk but not sugary sweetness (unsweetened milk buns and breads, for example).

I think you could use it for lattes and cappuccinos with the right steamer and frother, but in my Aeroccino it's not quite there. You get a little bit of foam up top, but it doesn't really mix or "stick" to the steamed milk underneath, it's just a separate foam and not a ton of it. Like I said, you might be able to make it work with a different steaming/foaming system.

Clean ingredients and no added sugar might make this my new go-to for cooking.

I really like this almond milk. There are only 3 ingredients; almonds, water and sea salt. It is a little salty but that's ok. It's nice and smooth and tastes pretty good for an almond milk.

The media could not be loaded. Milk and I have had a love/hate relationship for years"¦I love it but my digestive system hates it! I've tried all the lactose free milks out there but have been underwhelmed by their tastes an overwhelmed by their prices for a milk that still gives me problems! I have resorted to just eating cereal straight out the box no milk at all!

So when I saw this Mooala Organic Almond Milk I admit I was intrigued and yet very skeptical about it! But I have always preached to kids you never know if you like something or not unless you at least try it! So I took my own advice and I'm so glad that I did!

I was very surprised to learn that this milk is shelf stable before opening for quite a long time as you can see from my pictures above. I love that because it doesn't hurt to have stable shelf foods squirreled away in my pantry for emergencies. I also love the Use By Date March 15, 2025 so it would make a great food item to have stashed in my pantry but I will have to buy extras in order to do that because after opening this first carton at room temperature and pouring it over my cereal"¦this Moola Organic Almond Milk is not going to last very long in my house at all!

I immediately loved the smooth creamy texture and was just blown away that this was from almonds!

I have always eaten or baked with almonds but never have had the pleasure of consuming almond milk!
I was so pleasantly surprised at first spoonful I absolutely love it, the smoothness, the flavor the consistency how it looks like cow's milk just without all the terrible problems that real milk torments my body with! You can see how it looks poured over my cereal and how much I enjoyed it! Mooala has just won me over as a customer for life I love it that much! Thank you Amazon for another amazing find with this Mooala Milk! Yes it is a little on the high end side of milks BUT when I can drink it and not have to suffer all the painful side effects of being lactose intolerant this milk to me is priceless! I have been living milk free for almost two years and now I can actually have milk with my cereals in the mornings, in my coffee or my late night snacks!

This tastes so good and I am so very grateful that I found this organic 3 ingredients milk and now with this I can seriously reconsider going back to my younger days of being a vegetarian or even vegan! I felt so much better back then without all of the over-processed food with all types of additives, preservatives, msgs, all types of man-made ingredients that cannot be good for my body!

I think this yummy Mooala organic milk with its limited ingredients of water, organic almonds and salt has sort of kicked started me into wanting to become a vegetarian again! I really love this Almond milk and I will definitely be buying more when these 6 quarts are about gone because I never want to know what it's like not to have this Mooala Organic Almond Milk in my fridge or pantry! I will be a customer for life!
