Was looking for a simple way to have communication within my office with many clients who are not particularly tech savvy. This is great for that purpose. I can put one at the front reception desk so if our employee steps away or is on leave a client or anyone else can ring my or another office without feeling neglected or ignored. They have great range and pretty good sound quality for the small size. I can even plug the into computers or TVs thanks to the USB connector. Overall this is not some magical product, but it keeps things simple, works well and does not need an internet connection, syncing, or software updates. When most of my staff has issues with software compatibility with new devices this is a great reliable solution!

We got these to use when my husband is working in the barn, which is about 200 feet away from our house. We especially like them for the safety feature where they can be left on all day if he is doing more dangerous work. If something happened, he could easily yell for me. If I have a quick question, there is no more trudging out to the barn to find him.
The sound is not perfect, but it's definitely clear enough to do the job without any annoyance whatsoever. We are thrilled with our purchase and will be ordering another set for the garage and camper.
