Great phone, but charger doesn’t fit this phone

The media could not be loaded. Update: the phone itself is great, easy to use. My dad has never had a smart phone before and this was pretty easy for him to learn. He loves its! We bought the correct charger for the phone since the one it came with did not fit. It's was a great buy. Gave this to my father for his birthday and decided to charge it but the charger does not fit in the phone's charge port. It's much smaller than the port and I cannot get a live human only an automated customer service who wants to set up return when all I want is a replacement charger that actually fits the phone. Very disappointed

I am still learning about my new Jitterbug 3 phone. Thus far, it seems to suit my basic needs which are texting, camera, and sending/receiving calls. It has more features than I truly need or use, but I am slogging my way through internet use, and the screen configurations that are different from my old Jitterbug 2. Tutorials in the phone are not always helpful, but going through them more than once sometimes pays off.

I'm pretty sure I am going to like my Jitterbug 3. It is a little different that my Jitterbug 2 which became obsolete. I am not tech savvy and have no one to help me get and use an iphone. The price is very fair. It only took me 2 phone calls to lively to get it set up by myself. The phone people are very patient and helpful. I wouldn't get this with the other high end smartphones and if fits my needs. I am 80 yrs old and on a fixed budget.

I bought this new Jitterbug smart 3 to replace my old jitterbug smart 2. I was not able to activate (and transfer current service, and the old data to my new phone) on my own. I had to call Lively and get a tech guy to help me. With the help of the Lively tech guy I was able to activate the new phone but I lost photos, contacts, and call history in the process. I like the phone. But I have to say, getting it up and running was a real chore.
