I have avoided caramels due to dental work (bridge, crown etc) but the caramel is like butter. I actually bought them for my husband but I found it hard to share with anyone once I tasted them. The flavor is exceptional. Worth the price.

I'm not keen on these containing a "Bioengineered Food Ingredient," but I can pretty much guarantee they're not the worst things I stuff down my gullet on a daily basis. Plus, they taste GREAT. After chocolate, caramel is my go to flavor (combined is even better), and my standards are pretty high. These are top three, easy. I do not want to stop eating them, and I will miss them when they're gone. They are very soft, so I would recommend them for people with dental work. They are also very smooth. They are a little beyond my budget, but other than that, I definitely recommend them.
