So this is made out of the stuff foam material they use for mounding these days. Putting it together is kinda like building a puzzle out of foam mats. Super light, and surprisingly sturdy...and you really can't tell it's foam at first glance, only if you look twice at the edges. Don't understand why the top shelf is designed as a flap...?? I just put screws through the side to make it permanently fixed, not sure what I was missing...

I needed a shelf to fit in the narrow space next to my bathroom sink so that I could put a waterpik on it. (I was tired of pulling it out of the cabinet to use it each time and the ledge around the sink wouldn't accommodate it.) After measuring I did a search for narrow cabinets/bathroom shelves and most of them appeared to be designed to hold toilet paper rolls. That wasn't a feature I needed so I can't say how well it works but as far as dimensions this was perfect for my purpose.
This is by no means a super strong shelf, but I don't need it to be. It fit exactly in the space I had. The only thing that would have made it even better if it were 3 inches taller so it would be more "flush" with the edge of the sink but that wasn't necessary. It was easy to put together and even came with the small screwdriver you needed to assemble it. Be patient with the wood as you fit the tabs into each other since too much pressure the wrong way might cause a problem, but ultimately that wasn't an issue for me (no breaks or anything.)
One word of caution: I feel like the "wood" might not hold up super well to a really damp environment (I'm thinking of my son's sauna-esque shower time, or my daughters' tidal wave bath times.) This won't be an issue I can report back about, however, since the shelf is going into our half bath, far from the splashes and humidity levels of my children.
(If I was expecting super high quality materials, this wouldn't be a 5 star, but since it is exactly what I expected and wanted, AND for that low price, I am completely satisfied.)

I'm glad it was really affordable as it is not the most sturdy. It is so obvious I put it together that again I'm glad it was inexpensive. As far as storage I can fit my toilet paper if I put it vertical, the unit says not to get it wet, it is a bathroom item so I don't mind moving it to wash the floors it's light enough but I don't see it lasting. I like that it has a space for items I put my wipes there. I have a candle on top with a heat resistant base which keeps the unit from wobbling everywhere.
The door on it is really hard to open but hey it's better than what I had before which was nothing.

This is a foam board product, not wood or particle board. Very light. Not sure how it would hold up if it gets wet/there is a leak. Pay close attention to the order of assembly. You can switch which way the door opens (during assembly) which is nice. I kept it because it was good enough for what I wanted.
