I like the rug, but when it arrived it smelled of a very bad chemical, it has seemed to dissipate some, every now and then I can smell it.
Also, it states no slip, that it seems means for the person standing on the rug, the rug itself does not stay in place and I find myself adjusting it many times while standing on it.
It is soft and cushy as stated and I really like the design. I ordered the black and it does seems to be more of a dark gray than a black.

I like having rugs, cushions, and other things on my kitchen floors next to the sink and stove, where I'm likely to stand for long periods. I buy carpet runners for next to the stove as there are occasional oil splatters and hot food pieces landing on it. I buy padded mats like these for next to the sink where I'll stand for long periods washing dishes or cutting and prepping food.

I got these Latida kitchen mats to replace some other cushioned mats that were starting to crack. The Latida seems to do the job, and overall I'm pleased with them, but I have the following observations:

Pros:
- Waterproof and easy to clean
- Do the job of reducing fatigue while standing for long periods
- Longer than previous ones I've owned, so cover a longer stretch of sink and counter
- Reasonably priced

Cons:
- These are only 1/2" thick. I'm accustomed to 3/4" thick ones that fight fatigue better. Of course the thicker ones were more expensive, so you do get what you pay for.
- The mats are a little bit too narrow in my opinion. They extend out from the counter just enough so I can stand on them without any special effort, but I'm near the back edge. Although I start out with them a few inches away from the sink/counter, they will gradually creep forward until they are against the floorboard. I have them on carpet runners, so that may prevent them from gripping the floor to stay in place, so this might not be a negative for everyone.
- The surface is a little rougher than my previous mats, which I notice when standing on them barefooted (which is most of the time). The rough surface does make it less likely to slip on, but not as comfortable. If you wear shoes or slippers, you won't notice this.

Overall, these are a good product and value. There are better ones out there, but those are more expensive. If you are on a budget, these would be a good purchase.

I don't know how many anti-fatigue mats I have purchased over the years. I couldn't find a set that was not just comfortable but aesthetically pleasing! A lot of the sets I purchased, looked good online but in person the prints were horrible! But, NOT with this set! What you see is what you get!

Mats are very easy to clean. I have Dawn Foam spray and I also put dawn dish soap in a spray bottle with water and use that to clean basically everything!
I had made sauce & meatballs one night, and accidentally dropped a plate. I thought for sure the sauce would stain with the mats being white but they didn't!
I almost want to buy another set just to have incase these aren't available in the future.
I ordered a couple of white/grey distressed 17"x30" low pile kitchen rugs and they added a nice touch. But the mats look great alone or paired with accent rug/mat.
Your back, body and feet will thank you!

These Latida kitchen mats started off great. They fit perfectly in the spaces I put them. The looked great, and felt great to step on. They were easy to clean, and then it happened. My cat decided to use them as his new scratching post. He clawed out nice size chunks out of each matt. So that was the end of what started out great. I do recommend these kitchen mats to any non cat owners. They really are great mats! I did take a star because the damage the cat was able to cause so quickly seemed a little to to easy. So I would like to see how long they hold up to regular wear and tear before I give that 5th star.
