This label maker is so convenient! I love that it is small enough to tuck into my purse or pocket and take on-the-go. It was very quick and easy to set up. Download the accompanying app, connect via Bluetooth to your phone or other device, and you are ready to go. It included one roll of standard thermal label tape, but you can buy the tape in several other sizes as well. For ease of use and affordability, I give this 5 Stars. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, inexpensive label maker. The app also includes several different features which would be great if they work, but do not appear to be active. This is the only downside. You can change font, insert symbols or frames, and other options, but as I said, they do not work. Hoping the creator updates the app to be more functional soon. The QR code feature does work and was a lot of fun to play with. You can type any series of words, or hyperlink text, and it will create a QR code that does a quick search on the Web for the words/website you type into the app. We have had a lot of fun playing with this feature and making QR codes with all kinds of odd subjects to leave in random places for unsuspecting scanners to have a good laugh.

This is really nice. I hag a regular label maker for a long time and it was starting to get old, no longer chargeable but had to be plugged in all the time and it was quite slow and clunky.

This label maker is great. Super quiet since it uses thermal printing, USB-C chargeable and blue tooth wireless. the app works great and set-up is easy but pay attention to the included set-up card as the obvious steps are not always correct.

It prints really quickly and i like that I can scribble my own pictures or writing myself. i believe the app calls it graffiti. That's another thing, I was afraid the app would be awful as it's not from a huge name but it works really well. I didn't take note of the iOS size of the app but it did download quickly and runs fast so it's probably not very big.

I wanted to make a video showing how quiet and fast it is but I only have my phone, which I also use to print with. By the time I had switched to my camera the printing was done so task failed but it's a positive for the label maker.

I believe the app shows that you can get larger labels if needed as well.

This printer is so perfect for quick labeling jobs! So far I have only tested printing with the labels that came with the printer but I am going to try other sizes now and will be using them for Christmas packages, as well as labeling food items I seal with my food saver. This is great for organizing too. I will also be using it to label my office files. This is perfect for organizing file folders and drawer labels! The printer connected to Bluetooth with very little effort and the software is also easy to use. I'm surprised at the number of fonts and special effects it has available. I was frankly expecting a couple basic font options so I'm very excited. The one problem I do see is that I do not see label refills listed on Amazon, so I've ordered some labels that look like they are exact matches. I expect them to work, if they don't, I may have to adjust my review, but if they work like they should this will become a very handy tool to keep in a close desk drawer for regular use!

The machine does the nice things that the advertising copy on the Amazon page says it does, but it actually does it much nicer than I expected. However, there are a couple of places where you might stumble when you try out the device, and I intend to offer a few pointers.

The advertising description recommends that you purchase SKRFORM labels, but if you search for "SKRFORM labels" you find no labels, as of the time of writing this review. SKRFORM is the printer manufacturer, not a format. The format you will need to purchase is small rolls of thermal labels, sized 15x30, 15x40, and 15x50mm, but not continuous labels. The sizes correspond to width of ½ inch, with 1-⅛, 1-½, and 1-⅞ inch length. These are readily available from Amazon or elsewhere.

When installing the software app, follow the folded operating instructions sheet that come in the package, as the tiny card-sized startup guide has print too small to read although the QR Code printed on it is useful as it sends you to where you download the app software. When the installation takes you to the app installation window where you need to select the printer device, you will see in non-highlighted text midway down the screen "D11 series", which is the choice you want. It's easy-breezy after that.

Now you run the software. It quickly connects with your cellphone using Bluetooth. The printer does all the work of positioning the blank label in place without operator assistance. Initially I thought the software was going to be an older brother of the cell phone text messaging app with which we are all familiar. I was wrong. The app initially felt klutzy, but after using it several minutes things went quickly and eventually smoothly. I printed the labels on the accompanying photo in a few minutes. You make your text fit onto the label by dragging and resizing the content with your fingers. You can get about 4 legible lines of text on each label if you are so inclined. What you apparently cannot do is have different font sizes inside the same label. Maybe the next version of the generic software will offer that functionality, which would be nice.

The size of the printer body is small (3x5x1 inch), about the size of a Blackberry cell phone but twice as thick. One battery charge will print for days. It weighs only several ounces, and slides easily into my pants pocket. At the time of writing, this is priced at $20 after clicking an accompanying coupon, an incredible bargain. It would make a very useful, easy to use, and inexpensive gift for anyone who has aspirations of living in a neat and tidy space.

I was pleasantly surprised after purchasing this item. It is very compact and easy to store in an office drawer or a personal bag to take it on the go. The setup was very easy with the app. Pictured above is some of the straight forward directions and setup of the printer. In all, it took maybe 2-3 minutes to get running. The labels print instantly and are very good quality. The adhesive has good hold and doesn't feel cheap and flimsy.

The label templates in the app work really well and are perfectly spaced for these labels. You CAN edit templates if you find one that you like, and want to adjust for your purposes, and this is probably the easiest way to do things. Otherwise, you can create your own label, and this works well too, but it takes a little bit more trial and error on your behalf to dial in a perfect looking label.

My only other concern when using this was where to buy replacement labels. But it appears that if you click on the "Brand: SKRFORM" hyperlink on the top of the product page it'll send you to a page where their recommended label roll refills are.
