There are different brands. I bought this one for my wife and another brand for myself to see which one is better. This one (on the headset with the red face liner) is maybe a little better for my wife's rounder head shape. Mine is slightly better for oblong head shape. This one has a semi-rigid rubber back piece so is more flexible so it fits more head shapes better. Very easy to install and adjust. The round knob turns to shorten or lengthen the headband.

I upgraded from the Quest 2 to the Quest 3 and knew the stock head strap had to go. This Saqico head strap is amazing! Super easy to install and fits my big head so nice. I play golf games a lot where I am pointing my downwards a lot to look a the golf ball. This head strap eliminates the neck pain I use to experience with the stock strap.
I love how you can angle the headset down towards the front as well. It really allows you to fine tune the fitment for your specific head size and shape.
