Growing up, I had always seen this in my grandma's house and then in my dad's house. I saw them cook everything in it from Thanksgiving turkey to Easter ham and the occasional Sunday pot roast. I had always wanted one and I finally decided to buy it for Thanksgiving 2021. I was so pleased with my turkey. I was able to use this for my 12 lb turkey using tin foil instead of the lid, but the lid wasn't even close to fitting! Definitely more of a size for cooking small roasts or chicken.
