Comes in 3 boxes so it took several days for it to be delivered by Fedex, but wasn't too hard to build. Easier with two people, but was able to build it in about an hour and a half. It's not super comfortable, the back cushions are really thin. But the cushions themselves are not bad. They'll get comfier over time i'm hoping. Overall i love how it fits in my space and how it came out!
