I got this as a gift for my parents so our family could load pictures to it instead of my mom having to save pictures we posted online to print off. They loved it! Con for the digital frame community: I have not been able to find a frame that will display photos and videos at the same time. If you want to see videos, you must select the video option. If you want to see pictures, you must select the picture option. There is a frame on the market that will allow pictures and videos to be displayed, but it has a yearly cost.
Dragon Touch Pros: good display, easy to add pictures via app, absolutely excellent support. Has more features than I need. I would buy it again, even though there are some cons.
Cons: I thought it would be wise to backup the pictures on the frame just in case. Found that the USB port didn't work or recognize a flash drive being inserted. SD card was recognized but couldn't export to it. (Could have been and SD card issue). I was able to export directly to my computer so I didn't lose anything. I should have tried these export options when I still had a warranty.

This frame was very nice and functioned well. I liked the light color frame option that matches my decor, however, the operating system on the FRAMEO brand digital frame is much easier to operate. After comparing the two frames, I stuck with the FRAMEO and returned this one.
