I love wall pilates because you can do the exercises in your own home with very little equipment. There is even a section that helps you pick out a good spot inside the home to do the exercises. We then get into the exercises. The author starts with some generalized beginner exercises which is a good place to start. Then the next sections of exercises are divided by the area of the body that they focus on. So all the core exercises are in one area, the ones for glutes in another, and balance exercises another place. There is also a well structured 28 day beginner workout that really helps you see how the exercises can help transform your mind and body. Also, as a bonus the author has provided some nutritional plans to help you stay on track.
