- •EASY APPLICATION: 550B can easily be applied by simply peeling off the release liner and adhering it to a clean surface. Press down firmly with a cloth pad, finger pressure or roller making sure the tape stays conformed to the roof surface as you smooth out the tape on the surface. Tape should be free of fishmouths and tunnels. Edges, including end laps, should be sealed after installation
