This product has overall high quality. Its very dense but easy to cut to your desired length and the adhesive is certainly strong, but do not underestimate the prep time when using this product because once the adhesive touches the wall, thats it. It is on and there is no 2nd chance.
I used a carpenter's pencil to draw a complete outline on the wall as a guide to apply the molding.
Latex calking and painting went smoothly.

This was super easy. Hard to cut for corners but my neighbor had the tool to cut. Only suggestion before putting up unroll and stretch out a few days.
