This wipes warmer is super convenient in a lot of ways. It's really easy to open the lid and load the wipes in. The directions regarding loading the wipes are clear for proper assembly, but it is self-explanatory. There is a digital temperature setting with 4 temperature levels selecting with up/down buttons. There is also a nightlight feature around the top of the warmer with different intensity levels also - and this can be on independent of the warmer. The directions state that the wipes should warm up within about 10 minutes, but I tried the highest setting and they were ready in 7-8 minutes. It's a quality unit with good features and some extras that would make it a really nice gift.

So this product definitely works. It all fits together very well, the light is actually very useful and nice. You cannot fit a whole pack of wipes in this at once, but that doesn't really matter as it doesn't really have the ability to heat the last 3/4" of wipes in it anyways. The heat/power is all in the top/lid of the device. They put a nice spring plate in place and it seems to work to keep the wipes pressed up against the top of the device so they warm, until the stack gets under 3/4" then the spring plate doesn't lift up high enough anymore for it to work. I don't understand why they built the plate that way but it is what it is. Add more wipes and you keep getting warm wipes, so it works out fine.

The heat up time is slower than is useful. I don't know if I have an odd changing procedure, but it generally goes like, oh time to change baby, take baby into room, put in bassinet. change baby, wash up, leave room. From the time I realize he needs to be changed till the time he has a new diaper on is 90-120 seconds. The wipes don't get worm that fast so its not useful for that case.

I feel like this device should be sold for makeup remover wipes. The timeline and functionality of the device overall is much more in line with that use case and much more practical. that is likely how we will use it here moving forward.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but any wipes I put in here dry out. The snaps aren't easy to use, but I do make sure they are snapped in snugly and I followed directions. Not sure if I got a lemon or if everyone is having this issue?

I always wanted a wipe warmer when I had my children, but never got one. Now, as a part-time caregiver for my grandchild I insisted. My son works the swing shift, so baby is usually sleeping when I have him. Being able to do late night diaper changes without startling the baby with cold wipes seemed like a great idea. Unfortunately, because I am only a part-time caregiver I don't have a changing table. I change the baby's diaper on a pad on my bed. It never occurred to me that this unit is not really portable. I would have to unplug it in order to move it to the bed every time that I need to change him. Oops. Not ideal. If I had a changing table it would just stay on the table and work out great. The warmer does do what it says it will. It warms the wipes. For the wipes I bought, Parents Choice unscented, it is ideal at 122degrees. No, the wipes do not actually reach that temperature, and they start cooling instantly with air contact. In my case they are just warm enough not to shock a sleepy baby. I'm sure it is very dependent on brand and size of package, hence the multiple heat settings. The wipe warmer also has a nifty multi-brightness level nightlight which is incredibly convenient for late night changes. Overall, I am pleased with the wipe warmer. If it weren't for my portability issue, I would use it as intended without qualms. However, because I don't have a changing table, I think that this wipe warmer will serve me best plugged in on my bathroom counter and used for makeup removal. Outside the box perhaps, but highly useful. Great buy!

It's pretty. The texture is a soft, smooth, matte. But, I'm not confident it is airtight. The locking mechanisms for the lid on both sides is a nice feature to make sure the lid doesn't pop off randomly.
