I had just bought a similar Rainbird kit at the big box store, so I have a point of comparison. This kit and parts are just as good as the Rainbird kit, with plenty of 1/2' tube to drop a main run or two and lots of 1/4" to route directly to plants. This kit has a lot of valves, t connections and emitters, so you should be able to set up whatever you need. The sizing is accurate as far as diameter, which means if you need additional emitters or connectors, that can easily be found at the big box store and used with this kit.
The hoses are pretty thick and stiff and should hold up to the sun ok. I'm guessing the spray emitters might not last as long, but those are replaceable if need be. Will update this summer if I run into any issues, but so far this kit looks solid!

I use this micro tubing all over my yard and it is so helpful for controlling the amount and area you are watering. Great for my garden, shrubs, trees, etc.
This tubing is very durable, better than what I typically pick up at the big box stores, and it's much cheaper. It's more rigid than the description lets on, but is still flexible enough to get it routed as needed. The drip fittings pop right in and hold securely which is important for this type of tubing.
Pro tip, get some small landscaping staples as it can help keep these in place when using them in pots, raised beds, or anywhere else you need to securely keep the tubing in place.
Highly recommend this tubing for anyone getting started or updating their outdoor irrigation, always handy to have around!

I'm really excited about this drip irrigation system. There are a lot of parts to it, so read the directions carefully! My husband and I like to have a garden but as we are developing our soil, currently, we are not getting as good to turn out as we will be able to after a few more seasons. One thing that will help tremendously is the ability to keep the things were growing adequately watered. Obviously, that will help old or new gardens, but it is definitely something we have struggled with, keeping things watered well. This system should cover entire little garden! we have not put it in yet, obviously, as we have not planted yet, but we will be starting soon. I like that this is a full kit of everything you will need, instead of leaving it up to us to try to figure out all the parts of things that we might need and have to buy them all separately we usually get a pretty good amount of tomatoes, at least, so I'm hoping for even more tomatoes this year, for more homemade, spaghetti sauce, and homemade salsa. Those are the two things we really enjoy making it home with our tomatoes going over the system. It all looks really good, there are no cracks, all the parts look well-made, and the whole set looks like quality materials were used. I'm really glad I chose this.

This 90 foot coil of blank distribution tubing has been a great addition to my arsenal of supplies for my front and back yard gardening projects. I've been wanting to try my hand at a DIY drip irrigation project for the plants in my front lawn, making the watering process as easy as humanly possible without hiring professionals. This 1/4 inch blank distribution tubing has been perfect for me (a beginner) as I lay out my irrigation grid and link it all up to my hose spigot. This tubing is easy to handle and cut to size to fit into the various nozzle pieces. 75 feet is a great length for this type of tubing if you need to run a line a great distance and don't want to risk breaking it up with a connector that could cause leakage.
It's so easy to pop in the little spouts and connectors to customize your irrigation system. And yet the tubing is still thick enough to stand the test of time.
I've had no issues with this tubing so far. I get tight seals and no kinks, and it's black in color so it disappears underneath my weed barrier fabric, which is also black. It's a standard size at 1/4" so it'll fit all of the usual 1/4" pieces that you'll find in the sprinkler/irrigation aisle at your local hardware store. Usually this size is used as little offshoots from a 1/2" tube but you can use these by themselves if you have the right adapters.

The media could not be loaded. This wasn't as flexible as I had hoped based on reading the description. You can see in the video that it's your harder hose. Would be fine for push to fit type connections but it still a little stiff if you're trying to run it with pressure compensating drippers off the end. I prefer the very flexible pvc hose for my application but that's not to say this isn't good irrigation hose, it's just not what I needed for my application and I wish the description would have been a little clearer. I don't think it's any more flexible than any of the other hard stiff wall tubing that you see available.
Still all in all nice tubing and will get the job done, still a great value at this price even if it isn't exactly what I was expecting.
