I needed a blood pressure monitor to use at home that wasn't complicated, and this is proved to be the solution. It's clear reading, with large numbers, was so helpful. I did find the Voice OFF button. It is the Set button. However, you have to hit the Set button every time you turn on the cuff. It does seem to be accurate,
I just received this. This is my third cuff. I take my BP many times a day as my BP is a flucuator. I thought perhaps the second one was running its course, so I got the third one. The new one talks and it is annoying. I haven't researched to see if I can turn the voice off, but I hope so. The person talks so slow, I want to say hurry up! The cuff itself seems a bit small, but other than that it works okay. Oh, one more thing, NO BATTERIES, included. Tacky, very tacky.
