Only can adjust height. Arms can fold up. I'm 6'2 and my shoulders touch the headrest at its highest setting so not a great fit if you're tall. But for the price I don't mind it.i can still lean my head against the head rest. Can also lock it upright or allow it to rock back. Pretty basic chair with a headrest but for the price I can't complain. It arrived 2 days before the estimated arrival so that was nice too.

It's a pretty decent chair. Wheels roll nicely. Easy to put together. I will say the fabric on the isn't the greatest if you plan to have your bare legs on it. But overall it all seems pretty sturdy and for a great price. My only complaint is that I wish the armrest were adjustable..as they do sit down pretty low. But still, I do recommend!
