• •[Digital Screen Display]: The screen of the plasma cutter machine displays the parameters centrally such as air pressure, voltage, and current, allowing users to understand the equipment status in real-time and adjust operations in a timely manner, improving operational efficiency. If plasma cutter cannot work, the screen comes with an error code system, making it easy to find out the problems
• •[Air Sensor Technology]: The air sensor built into the machine displays the air pressure on the front panel of the machine. Users can adjust the air pressure manually through the air regulator (air pressure cannot be automatically adjusted). An air filter is installed at the back of the machine, equipped with a quick-connect 1/4 NPT air connector, ready for use right out of the box. Once connected to an air compressor, the recommended air pressure should be within 70 PSI, with a flow rate of 250 liters per minute
• •[Cutting Thickness]: Pilot arc plasma cutter adopting advanced IGBT inverter technology, 50/60Hz high-frequency pilot arc, dual voltage 110/220V, 60% duty cycle. Current display at 110V is 15-40A, Under 220V current display is 15-80A, the maximum cutting thickness is recommended to be 14mm @ 40A 110V, 50PSI; 25mm@80A 220V, 60 PSI. The circuit breaker specifications require a 60A unit for 110V operation and a 50A unit for 220V
• •[PT/2T/4T/PA Function]: Post time function, with an adjustment range of 3-15 seconds. Adjust the cooling time of the torch head to extend the service life of consumables. Generally speaking, we recommend a cooling time of 4-8 seconds. 2T/4T automatic cutting release your finger. 2T is semi-automatic cutting control, and 4T is automatic cutting control. PA adjust the time for the pilot arc, longer seconds good at cutting mesh metal, short seconds is good to extend the life of consumables
