The sleep tracker and the activity tracker i use most often and i was pretty surprised at how much better i felt or ready for the day i was once i started making changes to improve each of those categories.

I'm so happy I ordered the sizing kit! I had previously gone to Best Buy use their sizing display (which is cannot be moved) and I still didn't feel confident in what size I should get for the Oura Ring. I'm 6'3 with big fingers, and was leaning towards a size 13 based off of the Best Buy display, but after trying on the plastic sample, I am leaning towards a size 12. Very happy I didn't jump the gun and order the 13 because it would've been too big. The size 12 fits on both index dingers and both middle fingers. My standard ring size is a 10. Another perk of the kit is being able to feel how chunky the ring is and if it's comfortable. I don't mind that it's thicker than an average band, but I have seen some people not like it. Save yourself the hassle and try this kit before buying a real one!!
