I have to say, it took a few weeks ( I was my hair 2-3x per week), but the hair stopped falling out as much, and my hair has been smooth and moisturized. The scent was not great on my first bottle (rose hips) but I love rosemary and lemongrass. Scent is not the most important thing for me anyway, it does what they say it will do, keep you hair from falling out so quickly!
