I've struggled with not having consistent periods my entire life. I'm 24 and have had less than 20. All of my doctors have blamed it on playing sports, stress, depression, etc. Last year, I got a blood test and it was determined my testosterone levels were high and a few other things were out of the ordinary. I was basically told I have PCOS and the only option that was given was to take birth control. After taking this supplement for just under a month, I had a period. It's been over a year since my last period that was basically induced by taking birth control. I didn't feel like taking birth control was actually fixing the problem whereas this has all of the necessary ingredients to help get my hormones leveled out.
I would definitely recommend getting a blood test and going from there. If you're not getting regular periods, have low levels of estrogen, or have been told you have PCOS without actually having cysts, I would try these out. I truly believe that this product is why I finally got a period as I haven't changed anything else in my life other than taking these. The only downside is how expensive these are.
