• •MEET PHILODENDRON PINK PRINCESS! Apart from the splendid pink and dark green leaves, the plant is identified by large waxy leaves. These leaves can grow up to 9" long and 5" wide. The pinkness on the leaves is due to a lack of chlorophyll. Important notice: The plant you received may have less pink than the plant pictured; however, as the plant matures you'll see more pink.
• •PRINCESS OF PRINCESS! The pinkness on the leaves is due to a lack of chlorophyll—the chemical that makes plants' leaves green. However, some greenness on the leaves is also necessary so that the plants can photosynthesize.
• •PINK PRINCESS! Avoid direct light on the foliage as this will cause it to burn. Philodendrons like soil with good drainage. The ideal temperature for a philodendron is between 65 – 78° F during the day, and around 60° F at night.
