Easy to make Vegan Ice Creams

We've made several of these vegan ice cream recipes and they're very good! Bananas make a great base and they freeze and blend smoothly so it's like eating real ice cream. A great book for Vegans!

These recipes don't meet my definition of nice cream. Many are high in fat and use coconut cream, which is bad for your heart. I guess I'll donate this to the library.

I've tried two recipes so far, and they were just okay. They thicken and freeze up in my ice cream maker before they can get creamy, so am disappointed in the texture. However, the book is gorgeous, the ideas are wonderful, and I will keep trying.
