I absolutely love these yoga cards. As a pediatric physical therapist who suddenly needed to do teletherapy due to Covid, these cards were invaluable. I was able to incorporate them into many games and home exercise programs. An added bonus is there are suggestions on the back to help you make activities easier or more difficult as needed.

Most effective with young children when they choose which cards to use. I suggest they choose between 5-7 cards to warm up for psychotherapy and wind down after our sessions. I have not used them long enough for the patients to ask for but none of them have decline my suggestion for use to open and close our sessions. I also notice that they are more receptive to the interventions used during the sessions.
